Having been surrounded and influenced by adventurous mountain culture and rich encounters with experienced artists of many mediums, she strives to bring a truthful, meaningful, and open-hearted perspective to every initiative in her work, and she collects valued wisdom from each creative encounter.
Although Madeline Archibald Creative has been official since 2023, Madeline has been self-employing her creative talents to a variety of projects since 2014. At age thirteen, she produced a film perspective of the Snow King’s Masque Parade for Kicking Horse Culture and has since mastered her 10,000 hours in video production and editing. After completing a BFA with Honours from the University of Lethbridge’s New Media program in 2022, she interned with PowHERhouse Impact Media and then helped onboard its sister company, reGEN media, which lead to a feature documentary production of Coming Home For the Children, featuring reGEN founder Charlene SanJenko and former 7-term Chief Wayne Christian.
Madeline specializes in video production and editing, specifically regarding documentary-style shoots and musical projects. She has also worked on numerous graphic design and website design projects with various organizations and individuals. She finds joy in collaborative conversations with creative people, media of all sorts, still life photography, and beauty in the mundane.
Currently, Madeline lives in British Columbia and is working to expand her network of creative connections. When she’s not engaged in a project or working on a shoot, she works as a bookseller and a barista in her hometown.
